Breaded Cod Fillets

Ingredients:
Cod (FISH) (72%), Coating (Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Starch, Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Maize Starch, Lemon Zest, Dextrose, Seaweed, Thickening agent: Xanthum Gum).

Cider Battered Haddock Fillets

Ingredients:
Haddock (FISH) (68%), Coating (West Country Cider (54%) (Apple Juice, Sugar, SULPHITES), Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Free Range EGG Albumen, Maize Flour, Potato Starch, Salt, Paprika, Raising agents: Sodium bicarbonate, Disodium phosphate, Thickening agent: Xanthum gum).

Breaded Cod Fillets

From best results cook from frozen. Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

DEEP FRY: in preheated oil at 160°C for 8-9 minutes.
PAN FRY: in 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes,turning once halfway through cooking.
OVEN: Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 7 for 16-18 minutes.

Cider Battered Haddock Fillets

Remove all packaging. For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.

DEEP FRY: In preheated oil at 160°C for 8-9 minutes.
PAN FRY: In 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
OVEN: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C / 425°F / Gas7. Place the product on the tray and cook for 16-20 minutes until crisp.

Please Note: Ovens vary in performance, adjust cooking times if required. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
