Gammon Shank with added water (73%) [Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Preservative (Acetic Acid), Cure Mix [Salt, Preservative (Sodium Nitrite)]], Honey and Mustard Sauce (27%) [Water, Honey, Cane Sugar, Dijon Mustard [Water, MUSTARD Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Acidity regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium METABISULPHITE)], Spirit Vinegar, Coarse Mustard [Water, MUSTARD Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Sherry Vinegar, Curcumin, Tarragon], Maize Starch, Parsley Flakes, Dill].

For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from defrosted.

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Open packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat covered for:

45 - 50 minutes from frozen
30 - 35 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

8 - 9 minutes from frozen
5 - 6 minutes from defrosted

Remove from the oven or microwave and drain off excess cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat.

Return to heat for a further:

5-8 minutes in the oven
or 2 minutes in the microwave.


Ensure meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
