Place the juice, cream, milk and sugar into a blender, then add the frozen fruit.
It is important to add the liquid to your blender before adding the frozen fruit as this will prevent the blade from getting damaged.
Start blending at a low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Give your blender time to work up the momentum to move the larger chunks of fruit to the blades and chop them up as finely as you wish.
Chef’s tip: For a lower fat alternative, substitute the cream with natural or flavoured yoghurt. To go dairy-free, this recipe also works using almond, soya milk or fruit juice. Or for a tropical hint, use low fat coconut milk or coconut water.
