Chefs tip: For flexible serving you can prebake your fondant pudding as per instructions and keep it warm in the oven at 60ºC for 10-15 minutes before serving, Or once cooked, allow to cool and reheat at 180ºC for 5-6 minutes or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

Please note: The soft centre may soak into the sponge and may not ooze quite as much as when freshly baked.

Remove outer film only. Carefully place Fondant puddings still in their rings onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in preheated oven at 170ºC/Gas 3 for 28-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the Fondant puddings still in their rings onto plates using a spatula as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.

Using a knife or small spatula loosen the fondant pudding from the ring. To serve, carefully open and remove the ring. Serve hot with your favourite accompaniment.

Just the mere LOOK of it

I carefully left it in the pre-heated oven for the full 30mins . Possibly I was a little late in undoing it - it sat there - a lovely brown cylinder and I poured cold double cream over its rich dark chocolate. I may have left it a tad too long waiting to be stripped of its little cardi but the pudding was firm and well flavoured - and it oozed beautifully - next time 29n minutes and not leave it too long before I unwrap - who needs a knife - only a surgeon.

Absolutely beautiful.(Don't overcook!!).
Took off 1* as perhaps a little too sweet for me but will be reordering.

I got a dessert selection box and was looking forward to these. I tried the chocolate and raspberry one first, but stupidly didn't bother with looking up the cooking instructions and as a result ended up with a puddle of gloop. However, it was truly delicious chocolatey gloop, so I'll re-order and try again.
