Freezer Shelf life: 12 months from date of production
Chefs tip: For flexible serving you can prebake your fondant pudding as per instructions and keep it warm in the oven at 60ºC for 10-15 minutes before serving, Or once cooked, allow to cool and reheat at 180ºC for 5-6 minutes or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

Please note: The soft centre may soak into the sponge and may not ooze quite as much as when freshly baked.

Remove outer film only. Carefully place Fondant puddings still in their rings onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in preheated oven at 170ºC/Gas 3 for 28-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the Fondant puddings still in their rings onto plates using a spatula as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.

Using a knife or small spatula loosen the fondant pudding from the ring. To serve, carefully open and remove the ring. Serve hot with your favourite accompaniment.

Serving suggestions: Ice Cream, Chantilly Cream or Custard, Double Cream, Crème fraiche, Fromage frais, Yoghurt

Accompaniment Suggestions:

Fruit Sauce / Ice Cream - Serves 4:
Mix 250 g Strawberries or Raspberries with 50g icing sugar and 50ml double cream. Add 10ml lemon juice and 20ml Cointreau (alternatively use Orange juice). Serve cold as sauce or freeze mixture for 2-3 hours and serve as ice cream

No-cook Fruit Coulis
Pop 100g fresh Raspberries, Strawberries or Mango in a deep dish, sieve 20g Icing Sugar on top and blitz with a stick blender till smooth. Spoon around your Fondant Pudding, dust with a little more icing sugar and serve with a sprig of fresh Mint.

Iced Suzette
Whisk together 300g Greek Yoghurt, 50g Icing Sugar, sieved, 20ml Cointreau or Orange Juice and the grated Zest of ½ Orange. Pour into a plastic tub and pop into the freezer set to quick-freeze, stirring once every hour until it reaches your preferred consistency. Scoop into quenelles and serve alongside the hot puddings.

Milk Chocolate & Banana Fondant

Ingredients: Milk chocolate 19.71%, flour, butter, eggs, banana 9.8%, sugar, vegetable fat, corn flour, milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt.
Nutritional Information: (100g raw contains) Energy values: 1646Kj, 393kcal; Protein: 5.4g; Carbohydrates: 47.0g of which are sugars 31.6g; Fat:21.6g
Salt content: 0.32g.

White Chocolate & Strawberry Fondant

Ingredients: Flour, white chocolate 17.76%, sugar, butter, eggs, strawberries 6.8%, corn flour, vegetable fat, milk, cocoa powder, modified starch, baking powder, salt.
Nutritional Information: (100g raw contains) Energy values: 1657Kj, 395kcal; Protein: 5.7g; Carbohydrates: 51.6g of which are sugars 29.9g; Fat:19.9g;
Salt content: 0.29g

Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Fondant

Ingredients: Dark chocolate 16.46%, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, raspberries 5.84%, cocoa powder, vegetable fat, milk chocolate, milk, corn flour, baking powder, salt.
Nutritional Information: (100g raw contains) Energy values: 1660Kj, 397kcal; Protein: 5.4g; Carbohydrates: 45.8g of which are sugars 32.2g; Fat:22.8g;
Salt content: 0.4g."

Very nice but not sure I got the timing right as presentation to the plate was a bit messy - quite expensive too - therefor hard to recommend.
They are easy to cook and delicious.

Really enjoyed these, only problem is they don't last

Disappeared very quickly!!!
Tried these again after a bad first experience and these were very good.
