Full marks yet again, straight from the pack, no preparation needed, I've cooked this beef in a conventional oven, a slow cooker and even a halogen oven and the results are consistant, rich tasty, meltingly tender flavourful beef everytime, whether it's my beef and Guinness casserole, streak and ale pie or beef in red wine, the beefy flavour always comes through.
