Keep frozen at -18ºC. Defrost for 12 hours in the fridge, store below 5ºC once defrosted and use within 24 hours.
Ingredients: Lamb Shanks (78%), Water, Sugar, Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Cornflour, Salt, Tomato Paste, Mint, Onion, Natural Caramel, Garlic Puree, Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Bones, Meat, Fat, Tomato Paste, Carrot, Onion, Thyme), Dried Onion.

Nutritional Values: (typical per 100g):

Allow it to sit in its bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to roasting, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove all packaging and place along with all fat and liquid from bag, into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC/ Fan 190ºC/ Gas 6 for:
25 -30 minutes from defrosted
45 -50 minutes from frozen
Remove the foil and heat for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Stir gravy thoroughly before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
