Already marinated and slow cooked for 4 long hours, these come out like traditional American pit barbecue, with the soft, succulent meat nearly falling off the bones. With around 7 baby ribs per rack, this is a great cut for sharing.

Frozen at the peak of perfection
Keep frozen at -18ºC or below.
Defrost: For best results, cook from frozen.
If choosing to defrost, this should take 12 hours in the fridge. Store below 5ºC once defrosted and use within 24 hours.

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish, placing ribs meat side up.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

30-35 minutes from frozen
25-30 minutes from defrosted

Remove from oven and drain cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 5 minutes.

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

6-7 minutes from frozen
4-5 minutes from defrosted

Remove from microwave and drain cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 2 minutes.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and starting to turn sticky.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.
