Store between -18ºC to -25ºC)
Defrost in refrigerator for 12 hours. Store below 5ºC use within 48 hours
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Wheat, Gluten, Sulphite
Remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water

From defrosted: 10 minutes
From frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.


Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Ingredients: Pork (88%), water, rusk wheatflour, salt, spices, sage, stabiliser: sodium diphosphate, dextrose, preservative: sodium metabisulphate, yeast extract, flavourings: spice and herb extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Filled into Natural Pork Sausage Casings.

Very Tasty & Surprisingly Lean
These sausages are excellent, the spices are just right and they were amazingly lean, with absolutely no fat having run into the baking dish whatsoever. Also a bonus that they are packed in 6's instead of 4's. Would definitely recommend.
