Crispy Pork Salad

Mix together the herbs and drizzle with oil

Ingredients

3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
200 g Pork Mince
1 tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
2 Limes (juice)
Pinch Sea Salt
2 tbsp chopped Coriander
A handful each of Basil, Coriander, Parsley and Dill

Crispy Pork Salad

Instructions

Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan until very hot and add the pork with the spices and lime juice and fry for approximately 8 minutes until golden and crispy. Stir through the coriander and take off the heat. Mix together the herbs and drizzle with oil, place the salad on a plate and sprinkle over the pork. Serve with nacho chips and sour cream
