Crispy Mince Wraps

Ingredients

220g Mince (can be beef, pork, lamb or veal)
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (finely diced
1 red pepper (chopped)
1-2 cloves pressed garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
20ml lime juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Tortilla Mince
Guacamole

Crispy Mince Wraps

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan until hot and add Minced Steak, onion, red pepper, garlic, ground cumin, and chilli flakes.

Fry until crispy, squeeze over the juice of half a lime, season to taste and take off the heat. Stir through coriander and pile onto soft tortilla wraps with a dollop of guacamole, and roll or fold to serve.
