Defrost the chicken throughly before cooking. Bring the meat to romm temperature for 15 minutes prior to cooking. Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°C / Gas 6. Heat a frying or griddle pan to a high temperatue and add a little olive oil, alternatively brush oil directly onto chicken. Sear the chicken on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a roasting tin and cook uncovered in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Leave the meat to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Although I tried cooking these in different ways , they were slightly tough or very tough, depending on how they were cooked. And had very little flavour. I would not buy these again.
