Pork Loin Steaks with Herb Butter
 
Serves 4 
 

4 Pork Loin Steaks
40g mixed Herbs (e.g. parsley, basil & tarragon)
1 Shallot
1 clove of Garlic
250g Salted Butter (softened)
1 tbsp Mustard Pepper
4 tsp Sea Salt

 

 

 


Chop the mixed herbs, shallot and garlic and mix with the butter, add the mustard and season with pepper. Spoon the mixture onto cling film and roll into a sausage shape, chill in the fridge until required.

Rinse the Pork Loin Steaks under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper; bring to room temperature and rub with 1 tsp sea salt.

Preheat the grill to medium-high and cook the steaks on each side for 4-5minutes; allowing to rest for 5 minutes before serving with the slices of the herb butter.

Serve with baked potatoes
