Why does our lamb taste so

It takes years of
skill and judgement to produce great lamb. Naturally, our lamb is
reared on farms where they are free to graze, and their diet and
welfare is of paramount importance. We source from some of the best
farms in the UK depending on the time of year, as spring lambing
starts later in Scotland than in the warmer southern
counties.
When it comes to choosing the lambs, our buyers look for what they
call "conformation" - the right age, a good shape, and just the
right amount of fat covering for succulence and flavour.
Our skilled butchers prepare both classic British and modern
Continental cuts all to a high "kitchen-ready" standard. The result
of all this passion for quality is a sweet, delicate meat that
tastes superb.

of Lamb will feed around 10-12 people, but our skilled butchers can
