Juicy flakes of haddock encased in light cider batter, teamed up with deliciously moreish, crunchy Potato Rösti – it’s a match made in heaven!

Storage: Keep frozen at -18ºC or below.
Do not refreeze once defrosted
Freezer Shelf life: 12 months from production
Cooking Instructions: Cider Battered Haddock Fillets:
For best results, and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.

Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 160ºC for 8-9 minutes.

Pan fry: in 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking

Oven bake: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas7. Place the product on the tray and cook for 16-20 minutes, until crisp.

Please note: ovens vary in performance; adjust cooking time if required. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Bacon & Potato Rösti: For best results cook from frozen

Remove product from packaging before cooking

Pan Fry: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Rösti in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn once or twice during cooking

Oven: Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC/Fan 190ºC/Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes

Deep Fry:
In preheated oil at 180ºC for 4-5 minutes

Please note: This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption

Serving Suggestions:

1. Serve as a tasty and convenient side dish with just about anything!
2. Serve as part of a 'full breakfast', as you would a hash brown
3. Top with a dollop of cream cheese, a slice of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of chives
4. Top with an egg 'sunny side up'
5. Top with a crispy rasher of smoked streaky bacon and a spoonful of scrambled egg
6. Create your own colourful toppings and serve as party snacks.

Disappointed with the fish, dry, no taste
Will not order again
Good overall but too big fish portions.
I wish I had taken the advice online to deep fry them, however I did not have enough oil. I cooked them in the oven, but found that the temperature recommended wasn't sufficient to crisp them to my satisfaction. However I have two remaining and will cook them differently.

Lovely tasting fish and great batter.
a regular purchase for me they are excellent. I cook them in my air fryer as no further fat is needed. set the fryer for 15 mins and after 10 pop in the alpine fries and you have lovely crisp fish and chips what could be better
