Fed up with sausages falling through the grill? Help is at hand! Substantial spirals of sweet, succulent free-range pork with a punchy Cumberland hit of sage and black pepper, and cleverly skewered, meaty chipolatas, ready to slice and nibble from the stick.

Slice & Share Chipolata Skewers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Preheat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the sausages with oil. Sear for 3½-4 minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Cumberland Sausage Spirals
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Filled into natural sheep casings.

Pork (82%), Water, Rusk (Fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Salt, Spices, Sage, Stabiliser: Sodium Triphosphate, Dextrose, Preservative: Sodium SULPHITE, Yeast Extract, Flavourings: Spice and Herb Extracts, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate. Filled into natural pork sausage casings.
