COOKING GUIDELINES:

Chicken Breast, Fillets Free-range
These chicken breasts are skinless and boneless and can be cooked in many different ways. Enjoy whole, diced in a pie or as part of a stir fry; the meat is of such quality it will enhance the flavour and texture of any meal.

If you want something quick and easy - simply pan-fry the fillets in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side, then rest for up to 5 minutes before serving.

Ceps
Simply sauté in butter add a squeeze of lemon juice and a grind of black pepper and add to omlettes, pasta or piled on toast.

Please Note: Take care not to overcook your Ceps.

Like all mushrooms, they are composed mostly of water and can go slimy if allowed to steam or boil.

Buttery Mashed Potato
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt. Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From Frozen: 4-5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3-4 minutes until piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven: Pierce film lid and place product tray onto a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From Frozen: 25-30 minutes
From Defrosted: 15-20 minutes until piping hot, stir before serving.


Bramley Apple Pie
Cooking guidelines: Cook from frozen. (Please note: using a microwave will make the pastry go soggy). Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Remove outer film.

Carefully place each pie, still in its ring onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the pie in its ring, onto a plate, using a spatula as the ring does not have a bottom.

Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes. Using a knife, loosen the pie from its ring. Carefully open and remove the ring and finish with Donald Russell Vanilla Custard, cream or ice cream.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
