Ingredients

Free-range Chicken Mini Fillets
2 tbsp Plain Flour
1 tbsp THE Perfect Seasoning
1 Egg (beaten)
Breadcrumbs
Garlic Mayonnaise

Chicken Goujons

Instructions

Dust the Chicken Mini Fillets in a mixture of the flour and seasoning. Dip in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs, before frying them in a little oil until golden. Serve with garlic mayonnaise - delicious!
