Chestnut, Cranberry & Amaretto Stuffing Balls

Amaretto stuffing balls


  • 50ml Amaretto
  • 100g dried cranberries, soaked in the alcohol for 1 hour
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 20g smoked streaky bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic gloves, chopped
  • 1 x 450g pack Pork Sausagemeat
  • 140g cooked chopped chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme

    • Preheat oven and cook your roast as normal - unstuffed!
    • Using hands, squidge and mix all ingredients together
    • When your roast is cooked, take it out to rest somewhere warm
    • Roll stuffing into balls and bake in the oven at 180ºC for around 20 minutes - until cooked and going a little crispy
    • Arrange around your roast before carrying it to the table
