Our dedicated chefs have prepared a feast of fish for you. Crispy, crunchy, juicy fillets, seriously tasty fish cakes, and the fantastic Fish & Chip Pie and Fish Florentine that are whole meals in themselves – simply perfect.

CIDER BATTERED HADDOCK FILLETS:
Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging
For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen
Deep Fry: In preheated oil at 160c for 8-9 minutes
Pan Fry: In 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes turning once halfway through cooking
Oven bake: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220c/425F/Gas7. Place the product on the tray and cook for 16-20 minutes until crisp
PLEASE NOTE: ovens vary in performance, adjust cooking times if required
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

BREADED COD FILLETS:
From best results cook from frozen:
Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

Deep Fry: in preheated oil at 160ºC for 8-9 minutes.

Pan Fry: in 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes,turning once halfway through cooking.

Oven Bake: Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 220ºC/Fan 210ºC/Gas 7 for 16-18 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

FISH CAKES
Cooking Guidelines:

We recommend cooking from chilled.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight.
Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry for 4-6mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.

But you can also cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.

FISH & CHIP PIE
Cooking Instructions:

For best results cook from Frozen.
Remove outer packaging
Place the product / tray on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC/Fan 190ºC/Gas 6 for 40-45 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

FISH FLORENTINE
Cooking Instructions:

For best results cook from frozen.
Remove outer packaging.
Place the product/tray on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC 190ºC/Gas 6 for 45-50 minutes.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
