Cooking appliances vary in performance - these are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.


Remove film lid and place the Lasagne in its tray on a baking tray.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC /400ºF/Gas 6 for 50-55 minutes from frozen or 30-35 minutes from defrosted (for fan assisted ovens reduce the temperature by 20ºC).
Remove from oven and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Beef Moussaka

Remove film lid and place the Moussaka in its tray on a baking tray.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC /400ºF/Gas 6
From defrosted for 30-35 minutes or from frozen 50-55 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Meat Loaf

For best results cook from frozen.
Remove outer packaging and place the product in its tray on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 for 60-65minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Before slicing and serving drain off any excess liquid. Do not reheat once cooked.

THE Fish Cakes

We recommend cooking from chilled.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight.
Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry for 4-6mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.

But you can also cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.

THE Fish Pie

For best results cook from frozen.
Remove all packaging, place the product on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes. Do not reheat once cooked.

Chicken Korma

Oven: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC/Gas4 for:
from defrosted 20-25 minutes
from frozen 30-35 minutes
Until piping hot. Stir before serving.

Microwave: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook
from defrosted 2-3 minutes
from frozen 6-7 minutes
Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage.

On the Hob: Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

For authenticity, we prepare this product with whole spices and herbs; some natural fibres and stalks may be present. Some separation of oil is a natural characteristic of this sauce recipe. Simply stir through the sauce before serving.

very good flavour and easy instructions for cooking
All fish dishes were really designed with s high quality taste
Not nearly as good as the meat products
Beer battered cod is very good. Let down by fish and chips which was rather stodgy
