Prunier Caviar Classics
A beautiful gift to give or receive… we have chosen Traditional and Malossol Caviar and paired them in a presentation case that reflects the care and attention to detail you would expect. The Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii, is one of the most magnificent of this species. Like its congeners in the Caspian Sea, it can grow up to three meters long and weigh up to several hundred kilos. The caviar is produced in a completely controlled environment on several acres of unspoiled land along the Gironde River in Bordeaux.

This delicious caviar is gaining in popularity. It has a unique hazelnut flavour that is very appreciated.
Traditional, supplied chilled (pack weight 50g). Shelflife: Up to 4 months unopened, consume within 3 days once opened.

 

PRUNIER CAVIAR MALOSSOL
Rich in character due to its unique salt content and preparation, the ‘Malossol’ caviar pays tribute to a time when Prunier would specially produce this caviar with its particular ‘Beluga’ taste for overseas clients.
Malossol, supplied chilled (pack weight 50g). Shelflife: Up to 4 months unopened, consume within 3 days once opened.
