Beef Bourguignon

OVEN: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 160°C / 325°F / Gas 3 for 25-30 minutes from defrosted or 30-35 minutes from frozen.

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook for 4 minutes from defrosted or 8 minutes from frozen. Decrease cooking time for ovens with higher wattage.

ON THE HOB: From defrosted only. Remove film from tray and empty the contents into a sauce pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with traditional accompaniments like mashed potatoes, steamed root vegetables or crusty bread.

Coq Au Vin

MICROWAVE: Based on 800W. Pierce film and cook:

From Frozen: 6-7 minutes
From Defrosted: 2-3 minutes

Half way through cooking time, lift film carefully and stir once. Continue to heat until piping hot. Stir again before serving.

OVEN: Pierce film and place the casserole in its tray on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 4 until piping hot:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 20-25 minutes

Remove from oven and stir before serving.

HOB: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Remove film and empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with rice or potatoes.

Please Note: Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Slow Cooked Pork Shanks in Madeira Sauce

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

45-50 minutes from frozen
25-30 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

15-16 minutes from frozen
9-10 minutes from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method), keeping pieces separate.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.

For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.

Slow Cooked Pork in Fennel & Red Wine

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

40-45 minutes from frozen
30-35 minutes from defrosted

Remove from the oven and drain cooking liquor. Separate pieces of meat and pour over sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 5-8 minutes.

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

7-8 minutes from frozen
3-4 minutes from defrosted

Remove from the oven or microwave and drain cooking liquor. Separate pieces of meat and pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 3 minutes.

Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
