Our wild hare is rich in flavour and a deep mahogany in colour. It looks superb on the plate, and is widely regarded as one of the finest types of game. Our hare is hunted only in areas where there is an environmental need to do so.

Please note: Under the Hares Preservation Act 1892, we are unable to sell any hare between 1st March and 31st July.
