Preheat the grill (broiler). Place the chicken on foil onto a grill rack.
Mix the butter with the lemon juice, herbs and some salt and pepper. Brush all over the chicken.
Grill for about 20 minutes, turning several times and brushing with the butter mixture until crisp on the outside, golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with the sauté potatoes and salad.
