Defrost: In the fridge overnight
Shelf life once defrosted: 24 hours
From best results cook from frozen:
Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.
Deep Fry: in preheated oil at 160ºC for 8-9 minutes.
Pan Fry: in 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes,turning once halfway through cooking.
Oven Bake: Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 220ºC/Fan 210ºC/Gas 7 for 16-18 minutes.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
