Superior fillets of firm, flaky Wild Cod, sustainably fished from icy Atlantic waters. We've lightly pepped them up with fresh lemon zest, cracked black pepper and mineral salt.

From best results cook from frozen. Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

DEEP FRY: in preheated oil at 160°C for 8-9 minutes.
PAN FRY: in 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes,turning once halfway through cooking.
OVEN: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C / Fan 210°C / Gas7. Place the product on the tray and cook for 16-20 minutes until crisp.
