Marmalade Glaze Baked Ham

Serving Suggestion: Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted. We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham. To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 10-20 minutes or until heated through.

Smoked Salmon

Preparation Instructions: Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.
Serving Suggestion: Season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.

Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls

From Defrosted: Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 400°C / Gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.

From Frozen: Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / 190°C / Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip from a review : Do spread them well on the baking tray, they grow!
This product must be cooked throughly prior to consumption.

Pork Chipolatas wrapped in Bacon

From Defrosted
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C Fan / Gas 6. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 12-16 minutes until crisp, turning occasionally.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a rack and cook for 12-16 minutes until crisp, turning occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Potato Rösti

For best results cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

PAN FRY: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Rösti in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn once or twice during cooking.
OVEN: Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.
DEEP FRY: In preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Really great, loads of goodies which were lovely and it kept us going for a day or two!
Great value selection. The ham was smaller than expected. Artisan sausage rolls were excellent.
A useful selection. Just wish the sausage rolls were less fatty in the eating and a tad salty. Haven't tried the gammon yet as visitors failed to materialise. Thanks for your comment.
