Ingredients:
Beef (46%), Haggis (54%) (OATMEAL, Beef Fat, Lamb Lobes , Pork Lobes, Dried Onion, Pork Liver, Pork Heart, Salt, Pepper, Colour (Caramel).

Energy: 956 kJ / 229 kcal, Fat: 14g, of which Saturates: 4.8g, Carbohydrates: 10g, of which Sugars: 0g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 17g, Salt: 1.1g
Preheat oven to 160°C / Fan 140°C / Gas 3. Bring meat to room temperature, pat dry and coat lightly in seasoned flour. Heat 1tbsp oil in a flameproof casserole dish and brown the meat on all sides. Add 350ml beef stock and bring to the boil. Place in oven for 2-2« hours, checking every 30 minutes and topping up stock or water if required. Remove from oven, lift out the olives and reduce the gravy to thicken.
