Mix the prunes, mince, parsley, nutmeg, chilli powder, salt and egg in a bowl.
Mould the mixture into 8-12 patties, then cook over a medium heat on a barbecue or in a pan, turning occassionally. Be careful not to let the outside overcook before the middle is cooked all the way through.
Serve with lamb's lettuce, a squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil and place the patties on top
