Our exclusive range of hand-finished sausages is made by one of
Switzerland's top sausage makers. Only prime Swiss pork and beef is
used, from native breeds unique to Switzerland. The cattle graze at
high altitudes on sparse mountain grass, which gives the meat a
distinctive, unique alpine flavour.
Each sausage is made to a traditional recipe, and encased in all natural
skins. They are then cooked, either by poaching, or gently
smoking over Swiss beechwood. Enjoy them cold or gently heat for a
tasty, satisfying meal in minutes.
